  46. Here is how to use the buttons in this stack:

  48. ‚Ä¢ "VIEW BY..." 
  49.      You can "View By Category" or "View By Type".  For example, if you read a card about a hardware product and decide that you want to know more about other products of the same category : i. e. hardware, click on "View by" once, then on "Category". You will browse through different hardware products: Computers, drives, monitors... If you read about a monitor and you want to compare it with other monitors, click on "Type" several times to browse through products of the same type, i.e., monitor.

  51. ‚Ä¢ "SORT BY..." 
  52. You can sort the cards in this stack by  Product #, Category, Type,  or Page #. Just click on the "Sort by..." button, then on one of these four criteria.  Sorting by Category will put all the cards in the category next to each other.  The same is true for Type. Sorting by Page number allows you to manually change the sequence of cards. To switch cards 4 and 6 for instance, go to card # 4 and replace the Card # with 6. Change the card number on card 6 to 4. Click "Sort By" and then click

  55. ‚Ä¢ "FIND IN..."
  56. Click on this button to perform a text search.  You can choose which field to search in:  Product #, Category, Type, Description or Page #.Just click on the "Find in..." button, then on one of these five choices.
  57. For example, if you want to retrieve card # 6, click on "Find in...", then on "Card #". A dialog box appears; type 6 and hit the Return key. As another example, suppose if you want to retrieve products that use a 68xxx processor.  First click on "Find in...", then on "Description". In the dialog box type 68 and hit Return.

  59. ‚Ä¢ "INDEX..." 
  60. This button numbers the cards according to their current order in the stack.  For example, if you sort the cards by Product # this will rearrange the cards in sequential order of the Product Number.  The card numbers will now be out of sequence.  You may want to re-number the cards according to this new arrangement of the cards.  Just click on "Index..."
